Colorado Hairdresser Arrested 4 Times

Ms. Chase had been falsely charged with stalking and harassing her ex-boyfriend, Landon Ross, and his new partner, Kristin Eaton, for allegedly sending aggressive and threatening text messages to them.

This discovery forced the prosecution to drop all charges against our client on the eve of trial, and Ms. Eaton was charged with Criminal Impersonation. Ms. Eaton has pleaded guilty and awaits sentencing on July 17, 2024.
In her plea agreement, Ms. Eaton admitted to sending the text messages and orchestrating events to make it appear as if Chase was harassing her.
